Hello All,

As of 02/11/2015 we've begun the process of migrating all forum activity in house rather than through a third party supplier, the new forum, in a question and answer format, can be found here.

Support queries will continue to be answered through both portals for the moment, but please make steps to migrate in order to guarantee a prompt response.
