Restarting Logscape Server on windows

I've seen instructions for restarting the Logscape server on unix platforms (e.g., ./logscape.sh stop), but what are the proper steps for restarting on Windows?

Assuming you've installed it using the .msi, you can go to the Services screen, right click the Logscape service and click stop or restart. Windows services then handles it cleanly.
