I can not change Provider URL (Users/Directory Services/External Configuration).

I set a new IP and port 389, but get an error with default IP 192.168.70.227. Tried to click "apply" and "save", but the result is the same:

Connection timed out suggests either some form of firewall blocking traffic or an invalid destination. Maybe double check with the admin of the LDAP server that the IP you were given is correct.

Next step - From your manager, can you test the connection to that host and port using telnet? If it fails, you've got a connection problem. If it succeeds and you still can't connect it's a more interesting issue.

this is a bug in the release - a new drop will be available today or morel likely tomorrow
