logscape not come online after server reload

Greetings,

After a server reload the logscape not come online anymore.

When I try to restart the process i receive the follow message:

Hi,
Can you confirm that you are running the 'OracleJDK version 7'? If not then install that and retry.

Otherwise follow these steps.
1) ./logscape.sh stop
2) ps -ef |grep java (confirm there are no other java processes running.)
3) rm agent.lock (remove the agent.lock if it exists).
4) logscape.sh start
5) Wait and check the boot.log.

If there is a failure to start then send us the boot.log and agent.log
