I have a situation where the time stamp is part of the file name and not contained in the log file.  How should I address this?

The file names look like this: threadDump_YYYY.DD.MM-HH.MM.SS.txt

Logscape will use the last modified of the file to infer the year, month and day of the events in the file.

Since Logscape picks up the filename as one of each log entry datum, shouldn't I be able to create a synthetic that could parse the _filename value and create the date and time field values?
