logscape build-in syslog on windows will drop some log data

I had logscape installed on windows 2012 with boot property -Dsyslog.udp.port=514.

I found the logs from some hosts was not received by logscape, but I had check with wireshark, these logs reached Windows.

Sorry, I had resolve it myself, it maybe due to the incorrect time setting of Windows.

Hi Eric,
UDP is not reliable and will result in potential loss. You will have to change to tcp to ensure against loss,
